Band 1 £195 for properties up to the value of £499,999
Band 2 £250 for properties between £500k to £999,999
Band 3 £300 for properties between £1M to £1,500,000
Band 4 £350 for properties between £1.5M to £2M
Band 5 £400 for properties between £2M to £2.5M
Band 6 £450 for properties between £2.5M to £5M
Band 7 £500 for properties over £5M
